We computer match the needs of our clients with available rentals.
We send the information directly to our clients six days a week – giving our clients access to rentals as they become available.
You can choose to receive your listings via our email option, or our fax option.
We inform you of the number of properties in our computer database that meet your requirements before charging you for any information
We use our years of experience to find prospective homes effectively and efficiently.

Service Fees:
Our service fee for updates via email is $50 for 30 days. This includes the custom screening of available rentals, our daily email update service, and the ability to modify your search criteria at any time. Should you need it, an additional 30 days is available for no additional charge.
Our service fee for updates via a daily fax is $60 for 30 days. This includes the custom screening of available rentals, our daily fax update service, and the ability to modify your search criteria at any time.
We accept checks, cash, debit cards, and credit cards.
